Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
Duties
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
* Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach.
* Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to inform content strategy.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
* Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts.
* Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
* Conduct proofreading of all content before publication to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, public relations, and social media management.
* The role also requires flexibility — you will assist with general administrative tasks and provide customer-service support when needed (for example, to cover absences in showroom). Training will be provided for all non-social duties.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
* Strong understanding of social media marketing tactics including relationship management and branding strategies.
* Ability to conduct web analytics and utilize tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling through content creation.
* Familiarity with photography principles is a plus for creating original visual content.
