Responsibilities
* Leading studies to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery in line with regulatory guidelines
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination
* Overseeing all aspects of studies, from sample preparation to final report
* Preparing and reviewing study plans, SOPs, and reports
* Supporting client visits and external audits
* Collaborating across departments and working independently as needed
* Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with industry advancements
Qualifications
* A degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a relevant scientific field
* Experience as a Study Director, running OECD Environmental Fate studies
* Advanced knowledge of working with radiochemicals (14C and 3H) and instrumentation such as LSC, radio‑HPLC, radio‑TLC
* A drive for continuous improvement, ability to think commercially and scientifically – helping deliver beyond expectations
