Responsibilities
Full diary and calendar management, including meetings, appointments, and travel
Inbox management and handling key communications
Acting as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting packs
Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
Coordinating board reporting and weekly/monthly reports
Supporting special projects and business initiatives
Organising events including team building, awards, charity and board meetings
Assisting with urgent maintenance issues not covered by facilities teams
Expense management, invoices, and basic budgeting tasks
General head office administration and monthly ordering

Experience Required
3-5 years' experience in a PA or senior administrative role
Proven diary and travel management experience
Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
Strong typing accuracy and reporting experience
Full UK driving licence
