Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Package

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Leicestershire-based office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in contract management and will join a well-established team within a specialist passive fire protection company.
Responsibilities
* Managing multiple passive fire protection contracts from award through to completion
* Overseeing site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors across live projects
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders
* Ensuring all works comply with relevant fire safety regulations and company standards
* Monitoring progress, variations, and commercial performance of contracts
* Supporting and leading site teams to maintain quality and productivity
* Assisting with final accounts, handovers, and project close-out
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager
* Passive Fire Protection experience
