Your Role Supporting pupils across different Key Stages in accessing their education. Assisting students with learning activities set by teachers and encouraging independence. Promoting confidence, inclusion, and a positive school experience. Using effective communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other SEN strategies. What We're Looking For A qualified teaching assistant with experience supporting SEN pupils. Someone experienced in working within school environments.
