Your Role
* Supporting pupils across different Key Stages in accessing their education.
* Assisting students with learning activities set by teachers and encouraging independence.
* Promoting confidence, inclusion, and a positive school experience.
* Using effective communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other SEN strategies.
