Maintenance Engineer - Full-Time | Dogsthorpe Site
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a 24/7 production facility in Dogsthorpe. This is a Monday to Friday role (40 hours/week) supporting a highly automated FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Maintenance Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily tasks
* Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime using sound engineering practices
* Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensure maintenance records and risk assessments are up to date
* Participate in a 1-in-4 callout rota
* Contribute to site safety, performance targets, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing or FMCG
* Core electrical qualification with strong mechanical skills
* PLC process control knowledge
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
* CMMS experience and computer literacy (Excel, Word)
* Full UK driving licence
