We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Person to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in professional power tool and accessory sales, along with strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales role within the power tool industry.
2. Strong communication skills in English, with a good/high standard of spelling and grammar.
3. Ability to advise customers on the range and appropriateness of professional-grade power tools.
4. Experience in adding and optimizing products on a stock control system.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure website product data accuracy.
6. Support the wider team with general IT/technical tasks.
7. Drive a Category B class vehicle as needed; ideally, also C1 class.
8. Hold a full clean UK driving licence, be over 27, and have held a licence for at least 3 years.
9. Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, logging merchandise, and order picking and packing.
10. Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
11. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and task prioritization.
12. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
13. Familiarity with primary software systems and willingness to learn new tools.
14. Flexibility to assist with various duties, including cleaning on a rota basis.
15. Be prepared to relocate to Barnsley within the next 24 months.
