Head of Growth – Wavetalent Group (Wavetalent / Wave Works / Wave Labs)
London-based (hybrid - 3 days onsite) | Permanent
Wavetalent is building a new kind of growth engine across our group – and we’re looking for a Head of Growth who treats growth like a product, not a set of campaigns.
You’ll own revenue growth across three brands, working hand-in-hand with our 40+ person sales team and our new “mothership” data platform.
What you’ll do
* Own top- and middle-of-funnel revenue plays (new logos + expansion), not vanity metrics
* Design, run and iterate outbound and automation motions using tools like Claude, Clay, Lovable, Apollo, Lemlist
* Build and refine ICPs from our client base (Wavetalent, Wave Works, Wave Labs) and turn them into targeted plays
* Reactivate cold accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell across service lines
* Create and lead smart partnerships that open new channels and markets (UK, UAE, US)
* Sit with sales, learn what’s working on the ground, and scale it across the group
What you’ll bring
* Background in growth / GTM / partnerships / sales where you’ve directly driven revenue
* Hands‑on experience with outbound and growth tooling (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Claude, Lovable)
* Comfort in scrappy, experiment‑led environments – lots of bets, fast feedback loops
* Strong commercial instincts and ability to prioritise what actually moves the needle
