Overview
We are seeking a Platform Technical Analyst – People Systems (SAP) to support and optimize our HR technology ecosystem, primarily focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. This role involves working on HR systems like SuccessFactors, CultureAmp, and eArcu, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve processes and system performance.
Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document HR requirements, processes, and workflows.
2. Technical Expertise: Act as a SME for SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms, advising on best practices.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR teams, platform engineers, and support providers to ensure effective communication and requirements gathering.
4. System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and audit People Systems platforms for optimal performance and data integrity.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to workflows and system functionalities.
6. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate reports, analyze system performance, and ensure data accuracy.
7. Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution for system implementations and upgrades.
8. HR Technology Integration: Maintain a broad perspective on how HR systems integrate to support business needs.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and familiarity with CultureAmp and eArcu.
* Proficiency in integration technologies, data management, and governance.
* Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
* Knowledge of design thinking and agile methodologies.
* Experience working within HR operations teams as a technical or business analyst.
