Your Role...
As an Assistant Consultant in the EIA team, you will support environmental consultancy services, assist in EIAs, and undertake environmental management tasks for various projects. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assisting project managers with site selection reports for offshore wind farms, including liaising with technical specialists to develop mitigation measures.
2. Implementing the latest digital EIA approaches.
3. Coordinating land access for EIA surveys, such as archaeological investigations.
4. Contributing to stakeholder engagement strategies.
5. Helping finalize Environmental Statements for submission.

What We Are Looking For...
* A degree in a relevant environmental discipline with an emphasis on EIA and/or SEA.
* Postgraduate experience in a similar UK-based role or equivalent environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with high computer literacy (especially MS Office).
* An understanding of health and safety standards.
* Interest or experience in environmental surveys (e.g., ecology, noise, air quality).
* Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally if needed.
* Knowledge of UK environmental and planning legislation related to EIA.
* Membership of IEMA or similar professional body is preferred.
