The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour. Provide pastoral support to help students overcome barriers to learning. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and external professionals. Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
