Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Department team as a Graduate Project Co-Ordinator.
Department Overview:
The department is responsible for managing IT digital projects and leading system improvement initiatives. This includes overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
What is a Project Co-ordinator advanced apprenticeship?
You will work with colleagues across the business (local and global) in supporting IT topics, all whilst developing your own skills and learning first-hand how a global, market-leading entity makes change to improve its capabilities.
This role is about working with people, building your network is key to success. You'll become proactively visible, a valuable member of the business, and work to develop a strong reputation with all colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
* To effectively support the delivery of several IT projects and key developments for multiple IT applications
* Communication with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements
* Loading requests onto the IT portfolio application for tracking progress
* Liaising with technical developers around the globe to implement solutions
* Ensuring robust testing is conducted by department key users
* Manage the implementation through the project lifecycle
* Create and maintain relevant project documentation including open points lists, risk registers, and communication plans
* Demonstrate a mindset of new ideas and proactively engage with internal colleagues to promote self-branding
You will receive full training both one-to-one and self-paced online to develop the required capabilities. Additionally, you will receive coaching/mentoring to develop key competencies.

Qualifications
Right To Work: Please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract. This is a 2-year fixed-term role.
Our ideal candidate must have:
* Be sociable, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people
* Able to show determination in dealing with challenges and finding solutions
* Degree qualified, preferably in Business Management, IT, or equivalent
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, combined with an analytical mind able to understand and interpret complex concepts
Our ideal candidate should have:
* Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office; awareness of cloud, web technology, and AI as part of digital transformation is advantageous
* A proactive and agile team player, self-motivated with excellent time management skills
* Confidence to challenge and propose new ideas
* Enthusiasm to learn and apply knowledge using initiative
* Good attention to detail and a quality mindset

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours/week; Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
