Packing Team Leader - 40 hours

As a Packing Team Leader your role is to pack food products to defined safety, legal and quality standards with maximum efficiency and minimum waste.
The rate of pay is £13.38 per hour, £535 per week, £27,830 per year plus opportunities for over time, paid weekly.
Duties:
* Assisting the Senior Team Leader in achieving the production plan and efficiency (keep spiral running)
* Report all issues, with lines and machines, to Senior Team Leader and Engineers
* Ensuring that all legal requirements labelling and coding are met.
* Ensuring factory and personnel hygiene standards are always maintained.
* Maintaining traceability for all in-process and finished products.
* To report serious food safety or quality issues immediately to the STL-JTL-Packing Manager
* Helping on lines, when needed, and making sure employees are following all the correct procedures.
Key Result Areas
* All products are packed on time, at the correct temperature in the correct packaging.
* All paperwork is completed correctly, on time and to company standards.
* Barcode reader running and any issues reported to STL-JTL-Packing Manager
* Hygiene and safety standards are always met.
* Complete all CCP's and countersign paperwork.
* Complete start up checks at the start of the shift.
