Team Leader – Garage Women’s Clothing (Bluewater Shopping Centre)
Garage is looking for a confident and friendly Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our Bluewater store. You’ll help guide the team on shift, deliver great customer service, and keep the store looking its best.
What you’ll do:
* Support team members on the sales floor
* Deliver a welcoming, customer-first experience
* Maintain store and visual standards
* Assist with stock, fitting rooms, and daily tasks
* Help drive sales and support store targets
What we’re looking for:
* Retail experience (supervisory experience is a bonus)
* A positive, engaging attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fashion environment
Hours: Full time with weekend availability.
