The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a People Partner on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks initially. This will be tojoin the People and Development team. This is a key role working closely with managers to provide expert HR management advice and to support organisational change and workforce productivity initiatives.
The People Partner works autonomously within the HR Operations team and is integrated into locality network teams. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping to drive a positive culture and effective people management across a multi-site environment.
