About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health needs. Responsibilities:
* To carry out nursing care in a responsible and efficient manner, working closely with the Ward/Departmental Sister/Charge Nurse.
* To develop an understanding of managing a shift, prioritizing tasks, and making decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
* To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting patient progress and any significant events.
Requirements:
* RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualification and active NMC registration.
* Minimum 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting independence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
