Advert Commissioning & Performance Assisstant, Isle of Lewis (3252) 37 hours per week, Permanent Post £31,607 to £34,539 per annum (inclusive of £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance per annum) Commissioning & Performance Assistant vacancy has arisen within the Comhairle. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day functions associated with Self Directed Support and commissioned services throughout the Western Isles, the post holder will be the administrative contact for service users and service providers, and will assist senior Management with the development and maintenance of appropriate monitoring systems. You should have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word as well as the ability to maintain data on information systems. You must be able to plan and prioritise your work schedule. You must have at least 2 years experience of working in a busy office environment, and an SVQ 3 or equivalent in a related field. For this role it is essential that a level 1 Disclosure is competed. Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance.
