Market 36 Recruitment are currently for a Facilities Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis. Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support in delivering day-to-day maintenance activity, facilities projects and facilities escalation requests. All persons in the facilities department will support the facilities manager and supervisor with. Roles & Responsibilities * Day to day running of the business. * General maintenance tasks and project work. * Working as part of a small team, you are expected to be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance for the client’s site. * Plumbing work on water heaters, washroom sanitary equipment, catering services and drainage, * All plumbing install and maintenance work will be carried out to the relevant British standards. * General building fabric maintenance in the offices and factory areas including painting, decorating, boarding, carpentry, replacement of fixtures and fittings. * Follow safe working practices, this includes the development of task specific risk assessments. * Identify and report damages and major repairs across the site.
