The Vacancy
The purpose of this role is to successfully manage our ParcelShop network within a specified territory through the professional selling of our Evri ParcelShop Services to prospective retailers in identified areas to increase coverage, products, and services.
The role includes the day-to-day performance management of these sites to ensure that a fantastic customer experience is achieved. This role is agile, so travel is required daily to maintain contact with the ParcelShops both within a defined territory and/or other areas within the UK if required. In this fast-paced role, we will give you the flexibility and autonomy to think both commercially and creatively to manage your territory, ensuring all ParcelShop parcels are handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
1. Ability to review and make continuous improvements using key reports and MI to drive service improvement with underperforming retailers, tracking achievements against agreed company KPI targets in the parcel journey.
2. Motivating and engaging ParcelShop Retailers to ensure a high standard of customer service, improving overall customer and client satisfaction.
3. Ensuring safe health and safety practices are in place and that parcels are stored safely and securely.
4. Cost leadership and profitability control of the ParcelShop locations within the territory.
5. Analyzing retailer data in line with retailer performance on the territory against company KPI targets and taking responsibility for the retailers' performance within your territory.
6. Ensuring maximum awareness of the ParcelShop service through retailer training, positioning/updating POS, and promoting local retailer activity.
7. Training all ParcelShops on processes and the correct use of Evri equipment within your territory.
8. Identifying opportunities to recruit new ParcelShop locations within a specified area, adhering to operational requirements.
9. Selling additional ParcelShop services where applicable to sites that meet the minimum criteria to achieve targets.
10. Completing all retailer administration documents accurately, such as business insurance and public liability within the territory.
11. Analyzing and reacting to enquiry and claims data in line with retailer performance against KPI targets.
12. Maintaining a regular visit cycle with shops within your territory.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following…
Qualifications:
* Current UK Driving Licence

* Previous experience of coaching, supporting, and motivating colleagues

* Competent in data interrogation and basic understanding of Excel
