3Search’s Digital practice is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for a 180/270 position to partner with our UK business’s top performer and the most well known recruiter in his space. A strong delivery and client/account management background is the most important requirement for this role, with no new business required.
Base Pay
Up to £40,000 base + commission and quarterly kickers.
Location
London (Soho), W1T 1LN – Hybrid 3 days in office.
Responsibilities
* Deliver on existing live roles passed by 3Search's top performer
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
Qualifications
* Strong delivery and account management capabilities
* Experienced in fast‑paced environments, able to turn job briefs around quickly
* A strong work ethic and genuine care about delivering a good experience
* Ability to network and build strong in‑person relationships
* Coachable and eager to constantly improve
