About The Role
Meade Close is a 9-bed residential care home in Urmston, Manchester, supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities. The home provides support to help individuals meet their personal goals and aspirations. It includes two four-bed bungalows and a single accommodation bungalow, set within well-maintained grounds, near Urmston town centre, bus and train stops, Trafford Centre, and Trafford General Hospital.
Support individuals include Kalvin, a huge Man United fan who loves football memorabilia, shopping, bus journeys, and spending time with friends. Others enjoy parks, walks, gardening, parties, and sensory activities. Some love relaxing with friends.
As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges daily, making this role fulfilling. You will help us achieve excellence in our field.
Key Responsibilities:
