What You'll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment up to Level 3 across study programmes, adult courses, and apprenticeships Teaching a range of subjects such as mechanical engineering, maintenance, mechatronics, and machining in both workshop and classroom settings Developing engaging, creative resources that bring lessons to life and inspire student success Monitoring learner progress, setting SMART targets, and supporting learners to reach their full potential Collaborating with internal teams including Technicians, Work Placement Officers, Curriculum Admin, and Exams What We're Looking For: A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering A teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to work towards) Practical industry experience and strong knowledge of maintenance, machining, and/or mechatronics An enthusiastic and engaging approach to teaching A collaborative and motivated team player with excellent communication skills Ideal for: Engineers ready to transition into teaching (with full training provided) Experienced instructors seeking a vibrant, learner-focused environment Why Apply?
