We are actively hiring for an experienced Receptionist to work for our client an established law firm based in South Liverpool, this is a full time role based on front of house reception in their main office. They are looking for a supportive, well organised and efficient person ideally with a background in the legal or property sector. The role entails: Creating a great first impression to people contacting the office by phone or in person Taking responsibility for document handling and data input to the business operating systems Taking responsibility for creating quotations for client work Essential skills: Proven reception experience Excellent literacy and numeracy Good IT skills Ability to use case management systems This is a front of house opportunity for a positive communicator, who is an active listener. The receptionist is the first point of contact to respond to telephone calls or visitors to the office where they provide a range of legal services. The role also involves processing documents, processing payments, filing and supervising incoming and outgoing post. There is the opportunity to progress to take on further responsibility, the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, 35 hours per week.
