Female Support Worker
Location: Glenrothes
Contract: 32 hours per week, Part-Time
Pay: £13.45 per hour
About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide both physical and emotional support, helping individuals build independence, develop relationships, and achieve personal goals. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Do
1. Support with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
2. Encourage independence and social interaction within the community
3. Support individuals to attend healthcare appointments
4. Work in line with support plans and risk assessments
5. Maintain clear and accurate records
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and professionals
7. Promote physical activity such as walking and games
8. Support budgeting and money management activities
Shift Patterns
9. 24-hour shifts (including sleepover and day shifts)

Requirements
16. Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
17. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
18. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
19. Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
