A large secondary academy is looking for a History Teacher to start asap.
This role is initially temporary but is very likely to become permanent, and the school will look at both experienced Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT’s)
About the school:
A community school in Walsall, this friendly, relatively small secondary school teaches pupils aged 11 to 16.
Teachers within the school are very well supported and they have a strong programme of CPD for all staff.
About the role:
You will be teaching History to key stages 3 and 4.
To be successful for this role, you will:
* Have experience in teaching History in a UK school or educational organisation.
* Hold qualified Teacher Status
* Ideally have experience of teaching a wide age range of pupils within KS3&4.
* Be passionate about language and the ongoing development of children.
* Be local to Walsall
