Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our established client in Motherwell on a permanent basis. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (hours may vary after training period) As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers' calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently Assist our customers on choosing a range of products and services Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have: Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
