Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience. Collaborate with ownership & senior leadership on strategy, innovation & brand development. Lead & develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: 5 years plus proven General Manager experience - familiarity of a resort would be advantageous. A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue & profitability targets. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
