Role:
Elevate is one service with two routes to employability: Elevate Glasgow PSP and the Recovery Employability Service.This role is based within the Elevate Glasgow PSP team. The Elevate PSP team work with those in the earlierstages of their employability journey working on building up confidence, training, education and volunteering.Elevate offer a person-centred approach to individuals in their employability journey. This team are also oftenout in the community networking with our partners within the drug and alcohol sector.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the development, co-ordination and management of the Elevate PSP Teamand act as the key liaison and face of Elevate. The Partnership Manager will maintain and develop Elevate ethosto support individuals in their employability journey and deliver performance targets through the team bydesigning and developing employability initiatives for the benefit of individuals who are in recovery from drugsand/or alcohol.
The Partnership Manager will work closely with the Employability Manager to ensure a cohesive approach to deliveringemployability support and transition of clients between the service and will be responsible for responding tovolunteering applications, volunteer recruitment and co-ordinating volunteer engagement.

As an employee of the Scottish RecoveryConsortium (SRC), reporting to SRC Chief Executive & Public Health Scotland MISTQ Team the successful postholder will have a unique opportunity to support the implementation of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)Standards created to improve addiction services and reduce drug related deaths in Scotland.
The postholder will work with a range of organisations and people across the alcohol, drug and recovery sectors inScotland e.g. third sector organisations, NHS, Public Health Scotland, people with lived experience, NHS staffand family members of people accessing treatment.
Your role will be to:
* To design, develop and deliver training in association with MISTQ Experiential Team and the SRC’s Learning,Education and Development Officers.
* Support Alcohol & Drug Partnerships (ADPs) local team ofinterviewers, to collect experiential evidence on an ongoing basis, to use this evidence to support localquality improvement work and to submit evidence to MISTQ.
* To facilitate strategic partnerships betweennational and locality structures and ensure that data is collected, analysed locally, used for local qualityimprovement work and fed into MISTQ Experiential Team and other relevant partners.

Role:
The Diploma in Integrative Counselling is 2-year course, credit rated at SCQF level 10 by the University of the Westof Scotland, and validation from COSCA. GCA is one of the founding COSCA members and adheres to the COSCAethical framework for good practice in counselling, psychotherapy and counselling skills. The course requireslead tutors who are accredited by COSCA to Diploma level or committed to work towards accreditation. Tutorsshould be experienced Counsellors who are accredited with an appropriate professional body, or working towardsaccreditation (e.g., COSCA/BACP/UKCP).
The Lead Course Tutor will have responsibility for two Diploma Courses, leading on one weekly class and one weekendclass.
The Lead Course Tutor will be expected to contribute to a GCA CPD calendar, writing and delivering on content agreedwith the Course Director.
The Lead Course Tutor will support the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of the Diploma inIntegrative Counselling.
