This is an opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing fit‑out contractor delivering Cat A & Cat B office projects across Central London. You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle and given the chance to step beyond a support role quickly.

The Role
You'll support the commercial delivery of office fit‑out projects typically ranging from £100k to £5m, with most projects around the £1m mark.
* Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
* Pricing and managing variations
* Preparing valuations and payment applications
* Supporting cost reporting and final accounts
* Working closely with operational teams on live projects

Qualifications
* Assistant QS or Graduate QS background within construction or fit‑out
* Understanding of valuations, procurement, and variations
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Eager to develop quickly and take on more ownership
