Salary: £31,650 – £43,607 (MPS) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

Previous experience working with children with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) is welcomed but not essential

* Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Be able to commute to Royston
* Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
* Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils
This SEN Class Teacher position is a permanent, full-time role based in Royston, with a start date of Spring Term 2026. Informal conversations are encouraged, and visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
