About the role:
Work across varied tasks: admin, tech, marketing, finance, personal assistance, and more.
No two days are the same – this is a dynamic role that requires initiative, adaptability and multi-tasking.
Training and development opportunities are available, plus the chance to represent us at client meetings and networking events to grow the business.
Your Main Duties:
General administration
Management of multiple email inboxes and diaries
Liaising with clients
Document editing and creation
Bookkeeping (invoicing/expense tracking)
Lifestyle support – eg. booking appointments / sourcing tradespeople / travel arrangements
Who we're looking for:
Highly proactive and able to manage your workload independently.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills are essential. Discrete and pragmatic with a flexible can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
Well-organised and able to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
Quick to pick up new platforms and tools, with strong overall tech confidence.
A keen eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy in everything you do.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, Xero/Free Agent/QuickBooks, Asana, Trello, Notion and Mailchimp)
Familiarity with Google Workspace, and Outlook / OneDrive
Skills & Experience That Will Help You Stand Out
Strong digital literacy and the ability to learn independently
General administration and executive support
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Notion)
