About the Job you are considering:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem particularly in Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Pardot Data Cloud Agent force integrations and enterprise data management solutions
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The individual will work collaboratively within cross functional teams while also being capable of independently driving technical solutions from design through deployment
Key Responsibilities
1. Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
2. Configure and customize Salesforce applications includingService CloudMarketing CloudPardot Marketing Cloud Account EngagementData Cloud
3. Agent force capabilities and AI powered automations
4. Develop and maintain Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWC and Salesforce Flows
5. Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations with external enterprise applications
6. Manage and support Salesforce data backup and recovery solutions including tools such as Odaseva
7. Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification segmentation and integrations
8. Support implementation of AI driven Salesforce solutions using Agent force and Einstein capabilities
9. Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners architects and functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
10. Participate in solution design discussions code reviews and technical estimations
11. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards security and governance principles
12. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis
13. Support deployment activities using CICD and DevOps methodologies
14. Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
15. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders providing technical guidance and project updates

18. Experience working with AI powered Salesforce features including copilots conversational AI and automations
19. Strong experience with: REST APIs; SOAP Web Services; Integration patterns and middleware concepts
20. Experience with data management and backup solutions such as Odaseva
21. Good understanding of customer data platforms CDP identity resolution and data harmonization concepts
22. Knowledge of Salesforce security model sharing rules roles profiles and permission sets
23. Experience with version control systems such as Git
24. Familiarity with DevOps and CICD tools for Salesforce deployments
25. Understanding of Agile Scrum delivery methodologies

27. Ability to work effectively in both team oriented and independent environment
28. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
29. Client facing experience with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

Qualifications
31. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
32. 5 years of Salesforce development experience
33. Salesforce certifications are highly preferred such as:Salesforce Platform Developer IIIService Cloud ConsultantMarketing Cloud Developer ConsultantSalesforce Data Cloud ConsultantAI Associate Agentforce Specialist certificationsSalesforce Administrator
Preferred Experience
34. Experience in enterprise scale Salesforce implementations
35. Experience designing AIpowered CRM solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein
36. Knowledge of Salesforce integration platforms and ETL tools
37. Exposure to CRM Analytics is a plus
38. Experience working in global delivery or consulting environments
