A fantastic opportunity for someone with removals industry experience—whether from coordination, operations or sales—to step into a dual Sales Surveyor / Move Manager role. Knowledge of how the industry works is key, but full training will be given across all areas, along with genuine career progression.
The Role
You’ll visit customers, assess move requirements, prepare quotes and manage the entire relocation process from booking to completion—ensuring excellent service and strong sales performance.
Sales & Surveying
* Respond to enquiries and carry out home surveys
* Prepare accurate quotes and removal plans
* Convert leads, meet revenue/margin targets
* Manage existing client accounts
* Support local marketing and identify new business
* Provide advice on domestic and international moves
Move Management
* Handle all customer communication from booking to post-move
* Coordinate logistics: boxes, parking, invoicing, payments, crew sheets
* Arrange any specialist services (pianos, hoists, handymen etc.)
* Manage feedback, queries and complaints
* Assist with insurance claims and post-move reviews
Storage
* Set up storage accounts and invoicing
* Process customer storage requests
Skills & Experience
* Removals industry experience (office, ops or sales)
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Organised, detail-focused and good under pressure
* Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Workspace
* Numerate, analytical and able to prioritise
