The college are seeking an individual with strong leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and a passion for Further Education. The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive teaching experience in Further Education (FE)
* A deep understanding of the FE sector and relevant industry skills
* Strong Health & Safety knowledge relevant to the role
* Exceptional communication, administration, and organisational skills
* A recognised teaching qualification, such as DET, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE
