What You Will Do:

- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring programmes, budgets, and operational costs are effectively controlled.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Provide technical oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Assess and manage risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience and knowledge of food hygiene standards and working in live production environments.
- 1-3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Mechanical Project Manager.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in the engineering sector.
- A driven and organised approach with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
