What will you be doing?
* As the leader of your branch, you'll play a pivotal role in building and steering your team towards success and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* You will engage with professional customer relations, building trust and maximising the opportunity to convert potential enquiries into customers.
* Utilising the IT systems, you will complete office administration tasks, including stock management and arranging customer appointments.
* You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
Who we are looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be computer literate, organized, and have previous experience of management or supervisory, ideally within the automotive industry. The person must have:
* High standard of verbal and written communication with a professional attitude and great attention to detail to be a role model within the branch.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortably engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of stock management, cost and cash control and the ability to work towards key performance targets.
* The ability to plan and work on their own initiative and have a good understanding of ISO management procedures.
