We are looking for a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive, based in the Greenford area, working with pupils with SEMH, Autism and complex needs.
This is not your typical classroom role – this is about changing lives.
The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural challenges
* Help create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists and SENCOs
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement and independence
We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work or similar)
* Strong behaviour management and emotional resilience
* A calm, patient and consistent approach
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
* Team player with excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
