2. The ideal Compliance Manager must be someone ideally with experience of working for a main contractor.

Requirements
4. Quality and compliance management experience
5. Accountable for reviewing and updating high-level documentation and auditing current projects to define a gap analysis
6. Ensure correct record keeping, improvement opportunities with how digital systems were currently set up along with successful stakeholder engagement to co-Chair weekly Quality Management Meetings with the Construction Director.
7. Inspect and audit the quality of site installations with rigour and exactitude to drive the implementation of effective root-cause analysis and corrective improvement actions.
8. Quality Plans developed to deliver each Clients requirements.
9. Work with the design team and specialist supply chain to ensure quality is always on the agenda and is driven into all aspects of the design and the project deliverables.
10. Support the site teams with ensuring projects are handed over to the complete satisfaction of Clients by implementing a proactive approach to managing snags and defects to achieve defect-free delivery.
11. Customer care procedures and practical experience of the completion processes for project handover.
