We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Undergraduate Admissions Officer to join our Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with proven experience in undergraduate admissions who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage the undergraduate admissions email inbox, providing timely and professional responses to queries from schools, prospective applicants, and offer holders.
* Oversee post-offer administration, including updating qualification certifications and processing English language waivers using eVision.
* Manage outstanding ATAS certificates and financial declarations for offer holders.
* Coordinate and support the operational aspects of the results matching process in August, under the guidance of the Academic Registrar. This includes placing open offer candidates and issuing confirmation of place letters.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in Undergraduate Admissions, with a solid understanding of application and post-offer processes.
