Job Title: Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations. You will have the autonomy to influence the kitchen's approach and the menu, working with seasonal, homegrown produce.
1. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create seasonal menus using produce sourced from the on-site farm.
2. Contribute to the success of the resort by preparing high-quality, fresh dishes that provide an exceptional guest experience.
3. Work closely with an experienced Executive Chef with international kitchen experience.
Package
* Salary up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
