Overview:
A highly respected property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious rural estates, delivering expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects including estate reviews, diversification, and renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as principal agent for a selection of key estate clients.
2. Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
3. Lead and support rural diversification and renewable energy projects.
4. Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
5. Manage and lead a sub-team within a larger high-performing group.
6. Maintain and grow a strong client base.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7. MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with broad project experience.
8. Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills.
9. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
10. Confident communicator with a flexible and composed approach.
11. Discreet and professional, with a clear understanding of confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
12. MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred).
13. CAAV membership is advantageous.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
15. Experience working to deadlines in a professional environment.
