What You’ll Do
* Store Manager in Tunbridge Wells • 40 hours per week. Delivering an outstanding customer proposition and leading the branch to success. You’ll also serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
* Day-to-day: Delivering great service and ensuring your team provide a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
* Mucking in: Help the team get the job done, checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and putting orders together.
* Inspiring: Encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships: Ensure your team receive development for future business growth and succession, and ensure customers leave with everything they need for the job.
* Leading: From the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work.
* Building a positive environment: Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, creating a place everyone enjoys coming to work.
