What We're Looking For Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally Chartered, or working towards Chartered status). Proven experience in financial planning-independent, restricted, or corporate-demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice. Exceptional communicator, able to make complex financial arrangements clear and accessible. A track record of achieving challenging sales targets in a regulated environment, with the drive to win new business and nurture recurring revenue. Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail. Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd's annual assessment-integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
