The Role
Real Estate - Managing Associate - £81,000 - £90,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading International, Legal 500 firm in their award-winning Commercial Real Estate team, to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions including portfolio property management and investment properties.
The firm is recognised internationally for providing legal advice and solutions to a client base consisting of some of the world’s largest multinationals and FTSE 100 clients. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with junior-mid level solicitors wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, international-focused environment.
The established Real Estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, cover real estate services across the majority of markets including general property matters with a particular focus on infrastructure and energy sectors.
The Candidate
* Real Estate Lawyer with 4-6 years post-qualification experience
* Previous experienced gained from a national/international firm
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
* Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
* A passion for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
