The Role
As a Home Survey Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking for professional home surveys. Your role will involve guiding clients through their options, closing sales efficiently, and hitting personal and team targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Build expert knowledge of SDL Surveying’s products and industry position
* Engage with customers over the phone and via email, providing clear and professional advice
* Convert enquiries into sales, meeting and exceeding monthly targets
* Process payments and ensure transactions are handled efficiently
* Manage and track your performance using the department’s dashboard
* Provide customer feedback to help enhance products and services
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
* Customer service expertise with the ability to upsell and close deals
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Highly motivated and driven by bonus opportunities
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM systems
