Location: Walsall / Midlands

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead the growth of our Power & Pump division in the Midlands region. In this role, you will:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Drive sales, rental, and profit growth across our portfolio.
* Target opportunities in both existing and new market verticals.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate, manage, and deliver the Sales plan for your territory.
* Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide industry-leading standards to our customers.
* Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with existing ones.
* Continuously develop your product and application knowledge.
* Utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM.
* Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales.
* Assist in the collection of payments for services rendered.


What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

* Outside sales experience in Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
* Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions.
* Proficient MS Office skills.
* Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
* A self-motivated attitude and a passion for success.
* A valid UK driving license.
