We’re looking for a telesales professional to help grow our presence nationally in the on-trade and off-trade. You’ll work with a mix of premium customers — from hotels, restaurants and bars to farm shops, garden centres and luxury retailers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, premium drinks brand, where you’ll play a key part in expanding our reach across some of the city’s most exciting venues and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Build strong, long-term relationships through regular calls
* Spot opportunities to increase sales and value across accounts
* Provide excellent customer service and proactive support
* Handle inbound and outbound calls about orders, queries, and opportunities
* Plan and run initiatives to drive retention and growth
* Keep CRM records up to date and track progress
* Process orders and manage account tasks
* Report account performance and progress internally
* Work closely with the Sales Director on account planning and reviews
