About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ECO4 Submissions Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and submitting ECO4 applications in line with Ofgem requirements, ensuring full compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of all submissions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with ECO4 or similar energy efficiency schemes, strong knowledge of industry compliance requirements, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end process of ECO4 submissions, ensuring all documentation meets Ofgem and funding partner requirements.
* Review, validate, and upload compliance evidence, including survey data, photographs, certificates, and installation records.
* Monitor submission deadlines and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Liaise with internal teams (surveyors, installers, compliance officers, and coordinators) to resolve queries and gather required evidence.
* Track rejected submissions, investigate reasons, and resubmit with corrective actions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ECO4 guidelines, funding rules, and Ofgem compliance standards.
* Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Support audits by providing accurate and complete records of submissions.
* Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in ECO4 (or ECO3/ECO2) submissions and compliance administration.
* Strong understanding of Ofgem regulations, funding mechanisms, and industry best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and industry CRM/portal systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Experience working with Retrofit Coordinators and Installers under PAS2035 guidelines.
* Knowledge of additional government funding streams for energy efficiency.
* Previous experience in auditing or compliance roles.
