We are recruiting a Temporary Part‑time Social Housing Administrator to support a growing team. The successful candidate will work with the Housing Management Team ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and a professional service is provided to the community.
Responsibilities
* Ensure confidential data is recorded accurately using a bespoke system
* Produce and create invoices and documents using bespoke systems and MS Office packages
* Handle a range of general telephone and email enquiries
* Prepare information packs for members of the public
* Use office equipment including printers to manage scanning and filing processes
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Previous experience within a fast‑paced administrative role
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to input and analyse data held on bespoke company systems
Position Details
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am‑2:00pm
* Duration: Temporary for approx. 12 weeks, potential to extend
