Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams as needed. Coordinate the installation, commissioning, and commissioning activities for new and existing equipment. Person Specification: Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within food manufacturing. Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in fast-paced manufacturing settings. Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications: A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HND/HNC candidates with relevant experience will be considered). Proficient in mechanical engineering design and AutoCAD. Experience in managing installations and projects within a fully operational factory environment. Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to drive practical solutions. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally with various teams. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and adhering to budgetary constraints. High computer literacy and flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
